Where are you located?

Stack Equipment just off of Highway 60 in Hartford, WI. We are located in the Hartford Industrial Complex, about a half-mile from the Casey’s and Wal-Mart Supercenter. For directions, visit our CONTACT PAGE

What are your hours?

Our general Main Office hours are 8:00am-4:00pm Mon-Fri. Our Shipping and Receiving hours are 7:30am-3:30pm Mon-Fri. 

What does Stack Equipment sell?

Stack Equipment specializes in Aerial Work Platforms, including Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, Telehandlers, and Tow-Behind Lifts. We sell New, Used, and Refurbished lifts from top brands including Genie, Skyjack, JLG, and more! View our FULL INVENTORY HERE to see what we have available!

Do you Rent Equipment?

We do not offer any equipment rentals – we specialize in selling used and new equipment

Do you offer offsite Equipment Demos?

We do not allow potential customers to demo units off-site. If you’d like to test out a piece of equipment, contact our Sales Team HERE

SALES FAQ’s

Do your technicians inspect the lifts you sell?

Yes – we perform a Function & Safety Inspection of all units we sell, both when they arrive and before they leave our yard. We also offer ANSI Annual Inspection Certification for an additional fee. With over 30 years of combined experience, our technicians know what to look for, and know how to fix a wide array of equipment issues. 

Does your equipment come with a Warranty?

Due to the nature of Used equipment, we do not offer a warranty on any used equipment. Our technicians perform a Function & Safety Inspection prior to units leaving the yard. We also offer ANSI Annual Inspection Certification for an additional fee. 

Do I need to pay Sales Tax on my equipment purchase?

Yes – All transactions include Sales Tax for your state. If you are tax exempt, we require a copy of your Sales Tax Exempt certificate to verify your status. 

Do you offer delivery?

We use a small network of trusted freight brokers for deliveries. Whether you are in-state, across the country, or overseas, we have a contact that will deliver your unit safely while staying in touch during transport.

Do you accept Trade-Ins?

We accept trade-ins on occasion. There are multiple factors we consider:

  • Unit Condition and Age (We do not accept any units 2005 or older)
  • Service needed on equipment
  • Unit location
  • and more

How can I pay for my equipment?

We accept multiple forms of payment:

  • ACH Transfer (Preferred)
  • Business Check
  • Cash (Tax rules apply)
  • Credit Card (3% transaction fee on all transactions)

Do you offer financing?

PAINT FAQ’s

What types of equipment do you paint?

Although we primarily sell Aerial Equipment, our painters have experience with all types of equipment. This includes slab forklifts, skid loaders, cement trucks, and more! Visit our PAINT BOOTH PAGE to see some examples of finished units!

Do you only paint equipment you sell?

No – We also accept outside paint requests, pending equipment condition and paint booth availability. For more information on scheduling paint service, please contact our Paint Department HERE

How much is it to paint a unit? How long does it take?

Paint prices fluctuate based on equipment type, the condition of your unit, and current paint booth availability. For more detailed information on price and lead time for your equipment, please contact our Paint Department HERE

Can I paint my equipment a custom color?

Yes – If you’d like to paint your equipment a custom color, or apply custom decals, we are happy to do so. If you’d like more information, please contact our Paint Department HERE

Is your paint booth open year-round?

Yes – Stack Equipment is equipped with a one-of-a-kind indoor paint booth, along with an indoor Sand Blasting booth. Both options are capable of holding equipment of various sizes. For more information on our paint booth, visit our Paint Booth page HERE

What equipment services do you offer?

Our Service Department offers all types of equipment service – from simple diagnostics, to boom jobs, to complete equipment rebuilds.

Lead times for Service vary based on many factors. For any lead time estimates, contact our Service Department HERE

Do you offer On-Site Service?

Stack Equipment does not offer On-Site Service. If you need immediate assistance and cannot transport your equipment, please fill out our SERVICE CONTACT FORM and we will try our best to be of assistance.

Do you have lift parts in stock?

Our service department has basic equipment parts for Genie, Skyjack, JLG, and Snorkel units in stock, but tends to order more specific parts as needed. If you need to order a specific part for your equipment, please have the following information available:
