Paint and Prep Technician

Hartford, WI

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Paint Prep technician to join our aerial repair and restoration team. The ideal candidate will have experience in auto body repair, vehicle maintenance, and auto painting, with a strong focus on preparing vehicles for painting processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment to ensure high-quality finishes on a variety of vehicles. Prior dealership experience and mechanical knowledge are highly valued.

Duties

  • Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, masking, and taping surfaces to ensure smooth finishes
  • Use pnuematic equipment and buffing tools to achieve optimal paint application
  • Perform minor body repairs, including dent removal and surface smoothing
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment restoration equipment safely and efficiently
  • Conduct equipment inspections to identify necessary repairs or touch-ups before painting
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to adhere to safety standards
  • Collaborate with the team on equipment repairs, estimations, and customer service tasks as required
  • Assist with heavy lifting of vehicle parts or materials when necessary

Qualifications

  • Prior experience or background in body repair preferred
  • Knowledge of welding, painting, buffing repairs
  • Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle maintenance and equipment restoration processes
  • Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, airless paint spraying, and buffing equipment
  • Experience with estimating is a plus but not required
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards

National Service Sales Rep

Overview
Base + Commission | $70K–$90K+ Potential

We are hiring a motivated sales rep to grow our service, paint, and fleet maintenance business. This role is focused on outbound calling, building relationships, and driving revenue.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is competitive, goal-oriented, and wants to earn more based on performance.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $36,000
  • On-target earnings with salary: $70K–$75K
  • Top performers with salary: $80K–$90K+
  • Quarterly bonus: 5% commission on revenue above target

What You’ll Do For 4 Locations +

  • Make 10+ outbound calls daily

Sales Admin / Equipment Coordinator

Ocala, FL

Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated individual who wants to grow into sales while supporting our equipment team.

This role combines sales support, outbound prospecting, and operations — perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn the business and earn more over time.

Compensation & Work Day:

  • $20/hour base (~$41K)
  • + $250 per closed deal (new business you generate)
  • Realistic earnings: $45K–$55K+
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm

What you’ll do:

  • Support equipment sales reps in closing deals locally in our Ocala, FL yard
  • Coordinate equipment prep and delivery
  • Make outbound calls to generate new leads
  • Pass qualified opportunities to sales team
  • Assist with NetSuite and basic admin tasks
  • Help with equipment photos/listings locally in our Ocala, FL yard
